Job Title : Administrative Assistant
Job Summary : We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office and executive team.
The successful candidate will manage administrative tasks, maintain office systems, and provide support to ensure the smooth operation of daily office activities.
This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills to effectively assist in a variety of administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as necessary
- File and organize documents, both physical and electronic
- Assist with preparing for meetings, including setting up rooms and organizing materials
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Coordinate office events and activities as requested
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist in special projects and other tasks as assigned
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of office procedures and basic office equipment
