Summary of Job :
We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our People Operations team. This role is dedicated to providing an exceptional employee experience by delivering top-notch customer service and HR support in onboarding, benefits, engagement, compliance, offboarding, and HRIS.
Key responsibilities include serving as the primary HR contact for business units, driving change and retention through communication and training, ensuring a seamless onboarding process, administering benefit plans, managing drug-free workplace testing, and overseeing leaves of absence and accommodations.
The ideal candidate will guide managers through employee relations, continuously improve HR processes, and handle stress and job demands effectively.
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
3-4 years of experience in Human Resources.
Solid foundational knowledge of benefits / general HR processes, regulations, and laws; familiarity with ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, DOL and IRS regulations.
Experience with an HRIS system preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint to include professional work experience creating tables, charts, graphs, and formulas.

Proven ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and handling of sensitive information.
Exceptional attention to detail; highly organized with ability to prioritization required.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
Customer-service orientation paired with strong interpersonal and oral / written communication skills.
Self-starter who quickly learns new business processes, new systems, and tools.
Self-motivated and ability to work well within a fast-paced environment.
