Licensed Mental Health Counselor

We are looking for strong clinicians to join our team!

We currently have an opening for a full-time Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

This position is only open to individuals who are licensed in Arizona.

The position involves providing counseling services to individuals residing in long-term care facilities around the Phoenix area.

Clients are clustered together so that the therapist does not spend their day driving. Rather, they commute to one location and stay there for most of the day.

We assign locations based on the therapist's residence so as to reduce the commute time. Currently, we have a great need for therapists to provide long-term care services in the West Valley.

The primary need is in the North West region.

This position is paid per client hour at a rate of $65. In addition to payment for face-to-face services, administrative time is also reimbursed at a different rate per 5 clients seen.

In addition to this, employee benefits include health insurance, accrued sick time, 2 weeks of vacation, accrued PTO, and several federal holidays.

You also have the opportunity to create your own schedule. Clients are seen based on your availability.

You will also be trained in Prolonged Exposure Therapy, which is one of the top APA-approved treatments for people with PTSD.

There are also opportunities to be trained in sleep-disordered treatment, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia.

Compensation : $65 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Conduct Intakes
• Develop individualized treatment plans for individual service needs
• Conduct individual therapy on a weekly basis
• Maintain client records, treatment statistics and other documentation according to practice standards
• Consult with other medical providers in the long-term care setting
• Follow the rules and regulations set by the company

Qualifications :

• Master's Degree in Counseling or Social Work
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
