We are seeking an experienced and passionate Front of House Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities : - Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously - Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently - Serve food and drinks in a timely manner - Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas - Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally - Process payments and manage cash transactions - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy - Adhere to all health and safety regulations Qualifications : - 3+ years of experience in food service, preferably in a high-volume environment - Experience in hotel or private membership settings preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work efficiently under pressure - Strong multitasking and organizational abilities - Passionate about hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences - Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Requirements : - High school diploma or equivalent - Food handling certification (or willingness to obtain) - CA Responsible Beverage Server Certification - Proficiency in POS systems Physical Demands : - Ability to stand for extended periods - Capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs If you're confident in handling high-volume service, have a passion for hospitality and events, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
