In this role you would be a part of our growing relationship with one of our great clients and have responsibilities in Desktop Support such as : Provide Workstation Software Break Fix supportIMAC PC Install, Moves, Adds and ChangesImage LoadsAsset RecoveryAsset taggingPrinter SupportClient Center (Tech Bar) SupportIT Service Management UpdatesOther Client Support duties needed to maintain Workstation operations and customer satisfaction may be assignedQualifications : Previous working experience in Desktop Support is desired, however, training will be provided for all entry-level new hiresKnowledge of PC ImagingExperience with change management and incident managementExperience with using tools such as : ServiceNow, Bomgar, LapLink and Secure Disk WipePreferred Qualifications : Certified Dell TechnicianExpertise in Inventory ControlRequirementsMust be within driving distance of Fort Wayne, Indiana, and willing to work onsitePlease note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U.
