We are seeking a customer service representative who demonstrates the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Manages incoming texts and chats from individuals with needs ranging from emotional support to crisis intervention
- Obtains demographic and contact information from individuals where possible and as appropriate
- Performs safety screenings for individuals reaching out for assistance and responds as indicated, providing emotional support and / or crisis intervention
- Provides resources and linkage with providers when possible
- Consults with managers on when indicated; and handles referrals for specialty care
- Documents each interaction as required by policy.
- May also respond to telephone and written inquiries from clients, providers and in-house departments
- Works with team and program leadership to respond to all contacts within standards outlined by performance guarantees.
Requirements
Requires HS diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years customer service experience in healthcare related setting and medical terminology training;
