The Role :

We are looking for an individual to join us as our Delivery Coordinator where you will serve as a Sales Support Agent to our Sales Team! You will keep up-to-date with the latest product information and have knowledge of every Model and Trim level, and be able to present as an Expert.

You will coordinate a schedule with Customer Service, and any outside Vendor involved for After-Market Installs.

• Conduct a conversational qualification process during the check-out process.
• Ensure all vehicle equipment is present.
• Proactively prepare for all deliveries.
• Follow work plan; make phone calls to customer, provided to you by the Vehicle Exchange Specialist.
• Assist in Customer Satisfaction Surveys follow-up phone calls.
• Inspect inventory for accuracy.
• Restock inventory.
• Best of Omaha distinction.

What you bring to the table :

• At least 1 year of general business experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Great computer / technology skills.
