00 Weekly Taxable $2,304.00 Weekly Non- Taxable $1,393.00 Hourly Taxable Upto 40 $64.00 Hourly Non Tax $38.69 Overtime after 40 $96.
00 Requirements : 2 years experience required, first time travelers accepted. Special requirements : BLS, ACLS, ARRT, RCIS, WA Pay Package Gross Pay is subject to itemization.
