About the Opportunity :
As a Blue Zone Certified healthcare facility, we are dedicated to creating a positive impact in our community. Within our supportive and collegial work environment, you will benefit from a flexible schedule conducive to maintaining a healthy work-life balance in a charming rural outpatient clinic located approximately 25 minutes from our main hospital.
We invite primary care Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, whether experienced or early in their careers, who share our commitment to compassionate healthcare to apply.
Practice Setting :
- Join a team of physicians and advanced practice clinicians in our award-winning healthcare system
- Access multiple subspecialty departments, including Endocrinology, Radiology, Obstetrics, Orthopedic Surgery, Oncology, Urology, and Neurology
- New graduate-friendly system with opportunities for professional growth
- Spanish fluency is required
Schedule :
- 100% outpatient practice
- 4-day clinic workweek
- Rotating weekend responsibilities (the clinic is open for 3 hours on Saturday mornings)
- Busy practice with the ability to see 20+ patients per day
Compensation & Benefits :
- $132,000 - $146,000 base compensation plus wRVU production on top
- Generous signing bonus and relocation assistance
- NHSC loan forgiveness eligible
- Benefits include a retirement plan with employer contribution, CME allowance, and PTO
