As an Orientation & Mobility Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in helping individuals with visual impairments gain independence, confidence, and the skills they need to navigate the world around them.

- Assess the orientation and mobility needs of individuals with visual impairments.
- Develop and implement personalized orientation and mobility training plans.
- Provide instruction in skills such as cane travel, route planning, and environmental awareness.

- Empower individuals to lead independent and fulfilling lives.

Qualifications :
- A degree in Orientation & Mobility or completion of a certificate program through an accredited university meeting the ACVREP 13 core domain areas.
- COMS Certification through ACVREP is required.
- NOMC (National Orientation and Mobility Certification) certification is accepted.
- Dual certification in O&M and VRT or O&M and TVI is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in the field of blindness.
- A passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of those with visual impairments.
