Milestone Therapy is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist for Schools in the southern suburbs of Chicago!

QUALIFICATIONS for Pediatric PRN Occupational Therapist for Schools Therapy :

• Illinois Occupational Therapist License
• 1-2 Years of Pediatric Experience (preferred)
• Demonstrates our core values of : Kindness, Team Player, Responsible, Compassionate, Respectful, Passionate and Evidence- Based
• Pay based on experience

Milestone Therapy PRN Occupational Therapist for Schools Guidelines :

• Be available to work no less than an average of 4 shifts per month.
• Agree to work one available shift each month.
• Registry employees should be available on short notice for work and should accept shift assignments with minimal notice.
• Registry employees may work up to 30 hours per week or less.
• Registry employees may be required to work in any Milestone setting where there is a need.
• Registry employees will be expected to perform all job functions required of a regular staff member.
• It is understood that no hours of work are guaranteed.
• Registry employees are required to notify Milestone of any changes to employee contact information.
