We are hiring dedicated and skilled Class A Drivers with at least 3 months of experience to join our team! Run a regional dedicated account hauling 53-foot dry van trailers with home weekly. Enjoy a great work-life balance while growing your career in a supportive environment.

Pay & Benefits :

Starting pay : $0.58–$0.67 CPM (based on experience)
$1,400+ per week average
$20 stop pay, $50 driver assist pay
Sign on bonus $1000 ( $500 after first load)

What You’ll Get :

Guaranteed 34-hour reset at home weekly

Routes : TN, OK, MO, KS, AR, NE

Dedicated run from Bridgeton, MO to distribution center

Automatic 2022+ Freightliner Cascadias

3-day paid orientation at nearest terminal ($100 / day)

Mostly night driving, delivering to stores in the AM

Average 1,750 miles / week

Requirements :

3 months OTR or regional experience in the last 36 months

Clean driving record : max 3 moving violations in 3 years, max 2 in last 12 months

No failed / refused DOT Drug / Alcohol tests (no SAP drivers)

Max 4 incidents in last 3 years

No DUI / felonies / misdemeanors in past 5 years

Job history limits based on experience :

6–12 months : max 4 jobs in last year

12–24 months : max 6 jobs in last 24 months

24+ months : max 8 jobs in last 36 months
