As a Technical Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving product sales, establishing strong relationships with key customers, and providing technical expertise to ensure customer success.

This position requires a blend of technical proficiency, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch solutions to our clients.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Experience : Prefer a minimum of three years of proven sales experience, particularly in supporting technical product sales.

  • Expertise in the data center market space
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in supporting technical product sales.
  • Understand industry dynamics, decision-making process and decision makers on product specification and buying decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Travel : 25-50%

Work Schedule : This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve product sales targets.
  • Responsible for collaborating on and supporting / executing the sales aspect of the Go-To-Market plan to result in significant growth through channel partners.
  • Executing GTM plan and providing insight to GTM team
  • Analyze data gathered through the organization to determine sales potential, industry segments to focus on and fast growth areas to maximize sales opportunities and will be responsible for achieving maximum market penetration and attain the company’s sales growth and order intake objectives.
  • Prospect and engage with potential partners to expand the customer base.
  • Provide technical guidance and product knowledge to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and how they align with client needs.
  • Prepares and implements market strategies that are in line with FTI’s strategic plan and long-range forecasting sales model.
  • Collaborate with the product development and engineering teams to stay informed about product updates, enhancements, and new releases.
  • Collaborate with strategic marketing teams to create customer journeys and strategic launch plans for new products.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and the client.

Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience
