We'reseeking a talented Director of Finance to join our team and play a pivotal rolein overseeing corporate accounting, financial reporting, tax reporting, andprivate equity and real estate investments.
With a competitive compensation of$250,000 per year, this role offers an amazing opportunity for the rightcandidate to grow within our organization.
Initially, you'll oversee adedicated team responsible for corporate accounting, financial reporting, andtreasury functions.
As time progresses, you'll take on increasing leadershipresponsibilities, eventually preparing you to step into the CFO role.
Whatwe are looking for :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance required.
- 10+ years of relevant accounting experience within the real estateindustry.
- CPA designation preferred.
- Experience with open-end fund reporting and tax compliance for privateREITs, real estate partnerships, and S corps.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Team player with a high degree of professionalism.
