We are looking for a hospice leader to take on a dualrole as Director of Operations. As a director of operations, youwill plan, direct, coordinate, and evaluate the daily operations toensure adherence to federal and state regulations, organizationalpolicies and procedures, and established goals / budgets.
Additionally, you’ll be responsible for your assigned branch’sfinancial success and serve as a driving force for growth by activeinvolvement in sales and marketing activities.

Qualifications :
- A heart to servepatients and families and a passion for providing the best possiblecare
- Education : Graduate of anaccredited nursing school (BSN preferred). Current state license asa registered nurse
- Experience : Minimum 3 years ofhealthcare management and supervisory experience as a registerednurse in an appropriate clinical care setting, home health, orhospice environment (preferred).
2 years of hospice experiencerequired.
Required : Reliabletransportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittentlyand lift at least 25 lbs and bear the weight of an average adulteffectively.
