Consulting Manager
Responsibilities
Leads consulting engagements to address operational opportunities and improve organizational performance. Applies structured problem-solving frameworks to deconstruct complex organizational performance issues.
Succinctly and effectively translates analysis into management presentations or client-ready deliverables. Conducts external research on industry leading practices Scopes, proposes, and initiates plans to address organizational opportunities.
Gathers and analyzes client performance data. Qualifications Completion of a Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree highly preferred.
6+ years of relevant experience in at least 3 or more of the following areas : strategy development, performance improvement, operational & business analysis, quantitative analysis, operating model or service delivery design, process optimization, and change management.
Successful track record of delivering high-impact operational improvement projects and guiding implementation efforts (e.
g., facilitating stakeholder buy-in to achieve sustainable results). Six-Sigma, PMP, Agile, PROSCI or other professional certifications preferred.
