About the role
The Strategic Finance Senior Analyst will contribute to a diverse portfolio of strategic, data-driven initiatives to scale our operations and optimize financial performance.
This role will play a critical part in influencing decision-making processes across the company, driving operational excellence and shaping the financial trajectory of our company.

What You Will Do
- Manage a full three statement financial model and monthly reporting cycles (forecasting, variance analysis, and executive reporting)
- Analyze business trends and provide insights into key performance metrics
- Assist with annual and long-range financial planning
- Facilitate analysis to support deal negotiations with vendors and partners
- Assist with equity and debt fundraising activities, such as presentations, due diligence requests, and process related tasks
- Support other ad hoc projects, including investor relations, business strategy, and strategic partnerships
- Partner with product, risk, go-to-market and other teams to drive financial outcomes and ensure company goals are achieved
- Contribute to the creation of key analyses and materials for board meetings and investors
To thrive in this role, you have...
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related field
- 2+ years of investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or similar FP&A / Strategic Finance experience
- Thorough understanding of financial and accounting concepts
- Exceptional financial modeling skills and ability to craft compelling presentations
- High attention to detail with a regard for precision
- The work ethic and willingness to deeply understand the business
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights
- A strong desire to help build and scale a finance organization from early stage startup to IPO and beyond
- Willingness and ability to learn new software systems
- Experience managing multiple projects
- Positive and highly collaborative attitude
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership
Nice-to-Haves
- FP&A / Strategic Finance experience at a fast-paced, high-growth technology startup (FinTech exposure a plus)
- SQL and data visualization knowledge
