Fieldguide is establishing a new state of trust for global commerce and capital markets through automating and streamlining the work of assurance and audit practitioners specifically within cybersecurity, privacy, and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance).

Put simply, we build software for the people who enable trust between businesses.

We’re based in San Francisco, CA, but built as a remote-first company that enables you to do your best work from anywhere.

We're backed by top investors including Bessemer Venture Partners, 8VC, Floodgate, Y Combinator, DNX Ventures, Global Founders Capital, Justin Kan, Eric Ries, and more.

We value diversity in backgrounds and in experiences. We need people from all backgrounds and walks of life to help build the future of audit and advisory.

As an early-stage start-up employee, you’ll have the opportunity to build out the future of business trust. We make audit practitioners’ lives easier by eliminating up to 50% of their work and giving them better work-life balance.

About the role :

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Account Based Marketing Manager to spearhead our ABM initiatives, playing a critical role in our vertical SaaS GTM strategy.

This role is essential in driving targeted, proactive marketing efforts for our key accounts. You will work closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to surround and engage with our target accounts strategically to open opportunities and close business.

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t wait for prospects to come to them, but is eager to get in front of them with impactful, personalized marketing campaigns.

What you'll do :

  • Campaign Execution : Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel ABM campaigns, including personalized content, email marketing, direct mail, digital advertising, webinars, and events, tailored to the specific needs and pain points of each target account.
  • Collaboration with Sales : Work closely with the sales team to identify target accounts, develop account-specific marketing plans, and ensure alignment between marketing activities and sales goals.
  • Content Creation : Develop and oversee the creation of personalized content and messaging for key accounts, including case studies, whitepapers, presentations, and other collateral that resonates with decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
  • Data-Driven Insights : Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of ABM campaigns, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and refine strategies based on performance insights.
  • Technology & Tools : Leverage ABM tools and platforms (e.g., 6Sense, HubSpot) to manage and optimize campaigns, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with Fieldguide’s broader marketing tech stack.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with product marketing, customer success, and sales enablement teams to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging and to maximize the impact of ABM initiatives.
  • Market Research : Conduct ongoing research to understand the needs, challenges, and trends within the target verticals, ensuring that Fieldguide’s ABM efforts are informed by the latest industry insights.
  • Reporting : Provide regular updates and detailed reports on ABM campaign performance, including ROI analysis, to key stakeholders.

About you :

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3-4 years focused specifically on Account-Based Marketing.
