The Role : IT Project Manager
Location : Atlanta, GA / Plano, TX
Position Summary :
The Tech PM will be tasked with the overarching responsibility of program and project management, this role lies at the heart of the Enterprise Risk & Finance division, which extends its services to various business sectors across the organization.
The position is instrumental in steering intricate projects that influence our financial systems.
Primary Skills :

Required Skills :
- 5+ years prior technology project / change management experience
- Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) proficient
- Working familiarity with JIRA and Lean / Agile routines and practices
- Must have a great working attitude, be flexible, and have experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to effectively communicate with managers, peers and partners on deliverables, timelines and support needed from them
- Business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal outcomes
- Ability to think through complex problems and passion for debug and resolution. 8. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Desired Skills :
- Reporting experience
- Working familiarity with BAC applications PPRT and PMMT for program and project management
- Working familiarity with PCM for initiative financial management
- BS / BA in Accounting, Finance or PMP certified
- Experience with systems development lifecycle practices / methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall methods
- Other technical skills, including MS Access, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, etc.
- Experience and desire to work in an Agile process (pair programming, daily stand-ups, etc.
