About The Position
Job Title : Rehabilitation Therapist Job Specialty : Occupational Therapist Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Monday to Friday, Days Guaranteed Hours : 32 Experience : New graduates are welcome;
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred License : State License Certifications : None specified Must-Have : Completion of prescreen form, resume, and license verification Job Description : - Perform assessments and provide occupational therapy interventions to improve patient functional outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. - Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
- Conduct evaluations and assist in the development of customized rehabilitation plans. - Engage with patients to encourage participation and progress in therapy activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health regulations, and facility policies. - Conduct COVID testing within 72 hours prior to start date, with results required 48 hours prior.
- Utilize background checks, including state and federal criminal searches, sex offender registry checks, and verification against exclusion lists.
- Complete Washington State Background with Fingerprints. Please ensure all credentialing requirements are met prior to submission.
