Responsibilities Assist the Pharmacist In Charge with daily functionsSupervise Floor Technicians to ensure productivity standards are metAllocate staffing resources based on current workflowMaintains floor stock, restocking, removal of expired medications in a timely mannerAssist in processing returned drugs and recycle / dispose per procedureRotate stock of medication areas to assure quality controlsPrepack for floor bulk prescribed medications Package fill and ship medicationsPrepare compound & IV medicationResponsible for pharmacy standards, maintained and adherence policiesComplies with departmental policies regarding safety, attendance, and dress code.
