Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a school near St. Paul, MN. The School RN will play a vital role in promoting the health and well-being of our students.

Key Responsibilities :
- Provide direct nursing care to students and staff members as needed.
- Conduct health assessments and screenings for students.
- Develop and implement individualized healthcare plans for students with chronic health conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and school policies.
- Monitor and manage immunization records and health documentation for compliance with state regulations.
- Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and parents to promote a healthy school environment.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate care as needed.
- Educate students, staff, and families on health-related topics and promote health awareness throughout the school community.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all students.
Qualifications :
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of California
- Previous experience in pediatric nursing or school nursing preferred.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- CPR and First Aid certification required.
- Knowledge of state regulations pertaining to school health services preferred.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred.
