Qualifications : Be the Best Home Health Physical TherapistYou Can Be

If youmeet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

• Minimum nine months experience as aphysical therapist
• Preferred community / homehealth experience

Required Certifications and Licensures :

• Master'sdegree in physical therapy approved by CAPTE accredited physicaltherapist education program
• Currentlylicensed to practice as a physical therapist within the state ofagency operation and compliant with accepted professional standardsand practices
• Must possess and maintain validCPR certification while employed in a clinical role
• Must be a licensed driver who can travel toall business locations
