Salary and benefits. The salary is prescribed by the applicable collective bargaining agreement. With no previous experience, the salary starts at $32.00 with an increase to $34.00 after the successful completion of probation. Experienced candidates will be placed according to the union contract salary scale between $34.66 to $36.66. Full benefits package including health insurance, a pension plan, and paid vacation. This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement.
