Position Overview :

Location : This in-person role is based at our Tualatin, Oregon office, with occasional in-field work, accompanying your team members on sales appointments.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead with Impact : Build and lead a high performing sales team, focusing on success, cultivating a high-energy environment where we foster a culture of achievement and continuous improvement.
  • Recruit and Elevate : Collaborate with company owners to attract and onboard the best talent.

Work with an existing successful model of sales to drive performance and growth.

  • On-the-Ground Excellence : Provide real-time support by joining your sales team on appointments, offering guidance and expert insights / training to help team members follow an established sales process.
  • Demand Exceptional Growth : Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, including developing and nurturing self-generated business.
  • Forge Strategic Connections : Establish and nurture robust relationships with contractors, interior designers, architects, real estate brokers, and other key industry professionals.
  • Strategic Vision : Partner with owners to craft and execute forward-thinking sales strategies, analyze competitive benchmarks, and enhance our market-leading value propositions.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Proven Sales experience : Minimum of 5 years sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Leadership Excellence : Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a commissioned sales team.
  • Inspirational Leader : A forward-thinking individual who inspires with enthusiasm and innovative ideas, bringing positive energy to meetings and those you work with.
  • Tech-Savvy Professional : Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; Salesforce experience is a plus.
