Job Type : Full-time / Monday to Friday 9am to 5 : 30pm

Paralegal / Office Manager Job Responsibilities :
- Serve as the liaison between outside counsel, upper management, project managers, customers, and vendors
- Work with our outside counsel on negotiating terms and conditions and long-term agreements with customers and vendors.
- Work with our outside counsel on other legal agreements as necessary.
- Creating an office budget and ensuring all employees follow it.
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries.
- Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, appliances, and electronics as required.
- Training new office employees and organizing their employment paperwork.
- Organizing maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order.
- Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures.
- Help HR with hiring, onboarding and orientation for new hires and termination.
- Preparing letters, presentations, contracts, queries, and loan applications.
- Create and maintain files for active agreements and ensure proper renewals prior to expiration.
- Auditing and compliance
- Monitoring daily expenses in the office and providing the report for approvals.
- Executive Project management duties
