When you join us as a Patient Service Representative Team Lead you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.
You Will :
Greets and register patients in a friendly and service-oriented manner obtaining complete and pertinent information;
Creates and maintains weekly Patient Service Representative schedule
Answers patient questions for scheduling, preps for studies or insurance
Communicates with Radiologists and referring physicians, addressing any concerns
Properly address patient, co-workers or vendors complaints
Trains new employees when needed

Able to demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests & colleagues

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have :
High School Diploma or GED
Intermediate to advanced computer skills
Strong multitasking and communication skills
Experience providing exceptional customer service
Medical terminology knowledge and recent medical / radiology office experience is preferred.
Pay Range :
USD $18.50 - USD $27.14 / per hour
