Are you a seasoned Civil Project Manager with a passion for land development? Do you have a knack for leading high-performing teams and overseeing complex engineering projects from start to finish?

Responsibilities :

As a Senior Civil Project Manager, you will :

1. Lead and manage a team of engineers and designers in the planning, design, and implementation of land development projects.

2. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.

3. Utilize your expertise in Civil3D and Revit to create and review design plans.

4. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met.

5. Oversee the development of project documents, including plans, reports, and specifications.

6. Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards and regulations.

7. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to ensure project success.

8. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications :

To be considered for the Senior Civil Project Manager role, you must have :

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

2. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in civil engineering, specifically in land development.

3. Proven experience in project planning, site design, and budgeting.

4. Proficiency in Revit and Civil3D.

5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

7. The ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

8. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.

9. A professional engineering (PE) license is preferred.
