PRACTICE ATTORNEY PRODUCT LIABILITY
Los Angeles, CA San Diego, CA (Fully Remote Candidates Considered)
Our client, a top AmLaw 50 international law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified Practice Attorney to support their nationally recognized Product Liability practice group .
This position is available in Los Angeles or San Diego, with fully remote candidates also being considered.
Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction is required .
- At least three years of experience in product liability law or equivalent litigation experience.
- Superb written and oral communication skills, strong references, and excellent academic credentials.
- Non-partnership track position, with lower billable hour requirement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support a team that represents national and international manufacturers in high-stakes product liability litigation and mass torts disputes .
- Collaborate with a group of over 70 attorneys across multiple offices, handling complex legal matters for major consumer brands and aviation products.
- Provide legal counsel in significant "bet-the-company" litigation matters.

This is a non-partnership track position with a lower annual billable hour requirement. It offers a competitive compensation structure, with a salary ranging from $180,000 to $205,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.

A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
