Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the agent to acquire new customer accounts.
- Market State Farm products based on customer needs.
- Continually learn our insurance products, market trends, and regulations to set yourself apart in the industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing them with personalized insurance solutions that exceed their expectations.
- Utilize your exceptional sales skills to generate leads, follow up on referrals, and conduct targeted outreach to potential customers.
- Attend company sponsored training sessions and workshops to enhance your product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements
- A proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on exceeding targets and delivering exceptional results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, allowing you to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines.
- A self-motivated and driven attitude, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
- Proficiency in learning and using computer systems and software.
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is highly preferred but not required.
