In this role as a Physical Therapist (PT), you will be responsible for a continuum of services providing care to patients with neuromuscular, orthopedic and other physically-related disorders requiring mobility training, strengthening, modalities, specialized manual therapy and neuromuscular reeducation.

As a Physical Therapist you will also utilizes rehab process to promote and restore optimal health and well-being of the patient.

While in this position you will assume personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.

Qualifications :

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified Physical Therapist candidates will need the following :

  • Previous work experience providing direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient or inpatient rehab unit preferred
  • Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR), preferred
  • Bachelor Degree in Physical Therapy required
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy, preferred
  • Current Colorado state licensure as a Physical Therapist required
  • BLS through the American Heart Association required
  • Dry Needling Certification or Education preferred
  • Only required if performing the Dry Needling function : Dry Needling Certification or Education.

Physical Requirements-Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and / or up to 20lbs frequently, and / or up to 10lbs constantly.

This Pelvic Floor / Ortho PT specialist role works 5 eight hour or 4 ten hour shifts. We are looking for a minimum of 1-2 years of outpatient and pelvic floor experience.

However, for the right individual we are willing to train to treat pelvic floor.
