- 10+ years of working knowledge of construction equipment and techniques, drawings, and specifications, building materials and required standards applicable to discipline
- 10+ years of experience designing a variety of HVAC systems, working with chilled systems, and ventilation systems
- 4+ years proven experience leading and mentoring project teams
- Ability to perform trigonometric calculation either manually or with calculator
