- Preferred travel experience

- Experience : One year CVOR experience. MUST have experience with Ortho / Neuro / vascular in main OR as well
- Scrubbing required - RN's : Yes for CV and Main OR
- Charge Nurse : Yes, charge nurse

- Suites : 2 available, typically use one at a time
- Average # of cases per day : 2-3 per week
- Common Cases : CABG, TAVR, Valves, Impella, IABP
- Experience in Ortho / Neuro / vascular in main OR required
- Floating to main OR if there aren't any cases in CVOR
- Scrub Color : Scrubs provided
- Unit / Department specific orientation : 1-2 shifts on the unit

- Radius Rule : Any clinician with a permanent address within 50 miles of the facility will be offered a rate of $7.00 less than the base rate of their position
