A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to act as the primary contact for customer inquiries and issues related to treasury management products.

Key Responsibilities : Receive incoming customer calls and provide assistance with treasury management productsUtilize software and documentation to resolve customer inquiries and issuesCollaborate with external customers and internal teams to address complex product issuesRequired Qualifications : Associate's degree or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 1 year of customer service or related experienceCombined minimum of 3 years' higher education and / or work experience in lieu of a degreeExperience with treasury management products is preferredMust be located within the Eastern Time Zone
