Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a LPN / LVN for a travel job in Brookings, South Dakota.

Shift : 12 hours, nights

Position : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC / SNF)

Location : South Dakota

Shift : 12-Hour Nights (6 : 00 PM – 6 : 30 AM)

Guaranteed Hours : 48 per week

Contract Length : 8–9 weeks

Requirements :

Active LPN license in the State of South Dakota

BLS certification (American Heart Association)

Minimum 2 years of recent LPN experience in LTC / SNF setting

Clean professional record (no active discipline)

No criminal convictions other than minor traffic violations
