About The Position

POSITION DETAILS Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- Location : Indiana
- Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
- Setting : VA Clinic
- Will perform Disability Benefit Questionnaires with patients who are Active Duty or Veterans of our Armed Forces
- Patient Volume : Dependent on the number of requests and scheduled patients
- EMR : Web based portal used to fill out the DBQ and submitted to the VA.
- Must be comfortable working independently
- Must be Board Certifie d, Active IL License
