Job Responsibilities :
Assist with providing technical and architectural leadership for organization’s Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Pardot) applications software development utilizing full software development lifecycle experience in solution definition and development as well as Salesforce application testing and analysis knowledge.
Assist internal development teams during the software analysis, development, and testing processes and provide recommendations during technical design sessions with these software development teams, including the creation of class models, sequence diagrams, component models, etc.
as well as detailed design specifications for ensuring that all architecture standards are strictly followed and adhered to.
Help develop and perform Salesforce configurations in both Classic and Lightning and apply software research and development, prototyping, and vendor evaluations as required using knowledge of Salesforce Out of the Box tools like Flows, Workflows, Approval Processes, Email Alerts, Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, JavaScript, and the development of Lightning Components.
Define and Maintain application security using Salesforce security stack such as Profiles, Permission sets, Field level security at the Org level and Roles, Sharing Rules, Restriction rules, Public Groups, Manual sharing from Data Level.
Define the technical evaluation criteria for product and technology selection and help determine technical approaches to ensure all architectural solutions result in a coherent system design that also includes key Salesforce architectural and development concepts.
Assist with providing knowledge of mobile application architecture to business and technology teams. Work with business stakeholders and product owners to review business drivers, needs, and strategies to anticipate future company business / technology needs and communicate software development issues as well as potential opportunities to leadership and client stakeholders so that technology risks, costs and benefits can be properly evaluated.
Define and validate non-functional (technical) requirements and establish traceability between requirements and application architecture / design through the development of IT architecture plans and software development methodologies.
Integrate Salesforce with 3rd party systems using REST or SOAP methodologies, perform data migration and integration functions, and utilize automated build and / or unit testing and integration systems as needed.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or MIS and four (4) years of experience in job offered or four (4) years of Salesforce development experience.
