Outside Sales Representative

As an Outside Sales Representative, you are responsible for driving revenue growth and bringing in net new business from prospects.

You will set appointments with business owners to educate them about our clients solutions. You will know how to identify potential prospects through networks, referral partnerships and face-to-face visits.

You are compensated solely for the clients you bring in and build up residuals across your customer base.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will work closely with the leadership of the organization, as well as have direct access to the operations team, in order to quickly understand the organizational capability and services.

This leadership team will also support you in prospect meetings, overcoming objections, contract negotiations and driving to close-won.

You are first and primary contact our clients have with our business and you succeed by identifying, qualifying prospects and bringing clients on board that will most benefit from our services.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop, manage and nurture your lead list by prospecting for new clients through networking groups, referral partners and face-to-face sessions with companies
  • Run dynamic sales presentations to build urgency with prospects, both virtually and face-to-face
  • Closing sales of our clients telecom cost reduction solution
  • Upselling current clients on leveraging our services for other telecom areas and migrating clients to our managed services solutions
  • Maintaining regular communication with company leadership

Requirements :

  • 3-5 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sale experience
  • A true hunter mentality and the ability to close the deal
  • Knowledge of various technologies utilized daily
  • Experience in B2B telecom sales a bonus, but not required
  • Able to travel up to 75% of the time throughout the designated territory
