Primary Responsibilities :

Analysis and documentation Identify and define business, functional and interface requirementsConstruct workflow charts and diagramsProcess complex service requests from the analysis and definition of customer requirements through intake, approvals, service delivery, implementation and fulfillmentAnalyze and provide solutions or recommendations to resolve complex customer inquiries for functionality not working as implementedValidate resource requirements, develop cost estimate models and gain sign-off from stakeholderManage simple requirement conflicts, and escalate complex requirement conflicts to senior level analystsCommunicate to internal IT providers of hardware, software and network requirements.

Partner with senior analyst if negotiation is neededImplement, modify, test, and administer business system applications under minimal supervisionImprove current systems by studying practices and designing modificationsStudy and evaluate emerging technologies for potential company use

• Customer management and support Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trendsImplement, tests, and deploy solutions to business problemsFollow incident, change and release management processesMay be required to provide on-call support outside of regular business hoursProvide training for end-users and other analysts
• Project management Under supervision, manage small to medium projects by developing project plans and monitoring performanceActively participate on larger project teams utilizing project methodology toolsPrioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirementsOther duties as assigned

Required Qualifications :

• High School Diploma / GEED (or higher)
• 2+ years of experience in information technology, business analysis or related field
• 2+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst position doing the following : Analysis and documentationCustomer management and supportProject management
• 1+ years of Workday experience
• Ability to work on call every 14th week from 5 : 00pm 7 : 00am
• Must be 18 years of age

Preferred Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related field
• Kronos experience
• Experience with Human Resources policies and practices
• Healthcare experience
• Union contract collective agreement experience
