Parking Management Company is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Parking Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of the self-parking industry, including experience in self-parking operations such as surface lots, garage management, and retail parking, as well as valet management.

Commercial Parking Manager Duties :
- Schedule staff according to business forecasts, payroll budget guidelines, and productivity requirements.
- Oversee performance reviews, training, and development of all staff to achieve service quality standards.
- Manage all aspects of self-parking operations, including guest interaction and shift coverage.
- Maintain supplies and inventories on an as-needed basis or at a minimum monthly par.
- Motivate Attendant team members and establish a productive working environment at each location.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and respond to those guests who require follow-up.
- Create awareness of guest satisfaction and the significance of the service impact on guests. Use guest responses as tools for both motivation and accountability.
- Utilize guest satisfaction to create motivational goals within each location.
- Analyze reports and communicate information to staff and appropriate locations.
- Maintain correct procedures for accounting, ticket control, and handling of all parking and financial transactions.
- Implement procedures for the security of monies, guest and team member security, and emergency procedures.
- Respond quickly to guest requests or complaints in a friendly manner, taking appropriate action to resolve matters. Follow up to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
- Work closely with all client departments to ensure groups and special functions are handled smoothly.
- Coordinate training efforts and continually assess the progress of all staff in technical and service excellence skills.
Qualifications
Requirements and Experience :
- Travel : 15-50% (to be determined)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
- Minimum 5 years of hospitality, healthcare, or parking industry experience, OR a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline, AND a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong team-building skills and the ability to motivate others.
- Team-player mindset and willingness to collaborate.
- Willingness to take responsibility and act independently when necessary.
- Valid in-state driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass PMC's background check.
- Use of personal cell phones may be required for work purposes.
