Our client, a global leader in consumer goods, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for their Moreno Valley, CA location. In this role, you will ensure efficient warehouse operations, oversee training for temporary employees, manage productivity, and address safety concerns.
Responsibilities :
- Training Oversight : Ensure temporary employees receive comprehensive training.
- Performance Management : Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching.
- Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of attendance, time cards, and productivity.
- Productivity Enforcement : Ensure employees meet performance targets.
- Scheduling : Manage break and lunch schedules.
- Safety Management : Conduct safety inspections and address concerns promptly.
- Process Improvement : Collaborate on enhancing warehouse efficiency.
Qualifications :
- 1 - 2 Supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, training, performance management, and safety protocols.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective leadership and communication abilities.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems and relevant software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations (preferred).
- Forklift certification and warehouse equipment operation (a plus).

Monday to Friday
Training Schedule :
- 1st Shift : 6 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM
- 2nd Shift : 6 : 00 PM - 4 : 00 AM
Regular Schedule (Post-Training) :
- 1st Shift : 2 : 30 AM - 7 : 00 AM
- 2nd Shift : 2 : 30 PM - 7 : 00 PM
- $26.00 / hour.
