Overview :

We is seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and help improve the lives of children with autism and other developmental challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans for children with various developmental and physical disabilities.
• Utilize therapeutic techniques to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
• Educate and support families and caregivers in implementing therapy strategies at home.
• Document client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

Qualifications :

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current license to practice Occupational Therapy through the Minnesota Department of Health.
• Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) preferred.
• Prior experience with autism and pediatric populations preferred.
