Position Title : Customer Service / Technical Representative
Wage : $45,000-$48,000 / year
Shift : 1st
Hours : 8am-5pm
QPS has a direct hire opportunity available for a dedicated worker with great communication skills and a background in construction or carpentry experience.

Customer Service / Technical Representative Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of the product line
- Assist customers with quotes and take-offs
- Process orders
- Enter orders into Jobboss & Monday
- Coordinate order shipments from the warehouses
- Track order progress
- Discuss installation procedures with customers
- Assist with product inventory management
- Manage leads
Customer Service / Technical Representative Requirements :
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to sit for extended periods
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Strong math skills
- Construction background preferred
- Ability to read blueprints is a plus
