What You'll Be Doing :
Keep the Machines Humming : Perform routine and preventive maintenance on CNC machines to ensure they're always in peak condition.
Troubleshoot Like a Pro : Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues with lightning speed. -
Boost Productivity : Work with the production team to schedule maintenance that keeps downtime to a bare minimum.
Record-Keeping Guru : Keep meticulous records of all maintenance activities, from routine checks to major repairs.
Team Player : Collaborate with external experts and bring in the big guns when necessary for specialized repairs.
Innovate & Improve : Help set up and install new CNC machines, ensuring everything is calibrated to perfection.
What We’re Looking For :
Education : High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a big plus!
Experience : Proven experience in CNC maintenance with a strong understanding of machine operations and G-code / M-code.
Skills : A knack for diagnosing and fixing issues quickly and efficiently. You’re the go-to person when something goes wrong.
Communication : Clear, concise, and collaborative. You know how to get your point across and work well with others.
Ambition : A desire to continuously learn and grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. ###
