Education and Experience
Preferred :
- 7-10 years of experience.
- Consulting experience strongly preferred.
- Lead experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Top 3-5 must-have skills :
- NET, React, SQL, C#.
- Mentorship of developers, be more engaged with understanding the product and stories as they are planned.
- Mastering existing apps in a short amount of time.
- Skilled with legacy code and stored procedures.
Nice-to-have skills :
- Azure.
- Ability to master their existing applications, a complex environment, have the capability to get up to speed quickly.
Top 3-5 behavioral competencies :
- Leadership.
- Able to work collaboratively with the DS team and client team.
- Sets high standards of performance for oneself and team.
