Duties and Responsibilities
Office Assistance : Collaborate with the office team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

- Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked.
- Help organize and maintain office files, documents, supply purchases, and records.

Open Studio Monitor : Monitor and supervise the open studio spaces, ensuring a safe and conducive environment for artists and designers.
- Enforce studio policies and guidelines to maintain order and promote a respectful atmosphere.
- Provide assistance and guidance to students using the studio and design lab equipment.
- Assist with troubleshooting basic technical issues related to art supplies and design software.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and tidiness in the studio and computer lab areas.
