Customer Service Representative
Shift / Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 am-5 : 00 pm
Pay Rate : $20 to $25 / hr
Location : San Jose, CA
Experience : At least 1 year of Customer Service experience

Customer Service Representative Job Duties include :
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Process new policies, and changes to existing ones and facilitate cancellations and renewals
Resolve customer situations, complaints, and claims effectively and professionally
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through need-based conversations
Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the database
Other duties as assigned
Customer Service Representative Preferred Skills include :
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Customer Service Representative Requirements may include :
Must have at least a high school diploma
Must have 1 year of previous work experience
Must have great communication and interpersonal skills
Must have strong attention to detail, be proactive, and problem-solve
Must have basic knowledge of computer skills
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Must provide 3 professional references
