Lead Data Analyst, Quality

A company is looking for a Lead Data Analyst, Operations, Quality.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the analytics partner for the Quality team, ensuring compliance with FDA and pharmacy regulations

Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports for monitoring Quality performance metrics

Collaborate with stakeholders to define data needs and perform in-depth analysis of quality events and operational data

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in data analysis, operations analytics, or a related field

Experience in Quality functions within a pharmacy or FDA-regulated environment

Strong proficiency in SQL and modern analytics tools such as Looker and Google BigQuery

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Pharmacy, or a related field

Solid understanding of statistical analysis methodologies related to quality and operational datasets
