We are seeking aSeniorlevel Project Manager to lead two important cloud migrationprojects : migration of the entire footprint of County s recordmanagement system (OnBase) to Azure IaaS;

and migration of Line ofBusiness applications to AzurePaaS.

Your primaryresponsibility is to lead and manage 2 migrationprojects.

Theindividual must possess strong communication and facilitationbusiness analysis documentation project management skill sets andhave experience in cloud migration initiatives.

The team for eachproject is composed of 3 to 4 resources including contractors andinternalresources.

SkillsExperience andEducation :

• CurrentPMP certification from the Project Management Institute(PMI) and onhands familiarity with current PMI s Project ManagementBody of Knowledge (PMBOKV5)
• Experience in managingcloud migration and or DevOpsprojects
• Ability tointeract professionally with a diverse group including electedofficial executives managers and subjectmatterexperts
• Ability to elicitcooperation from a wide variety of sources including uppermanagement and head ofdepartments
• Strong listening andinterpersonal skills
• Detail orientedstrong analytical problemsolvingskills
• Excellent meeting facilitatorstrong verbal oral and written communicationskills
• Strong ability to work incompliance with Project Management Officeframeworks
• Ability to drive projectsusing different implementation methodologies such as WaterfallAgile and / orSCRUM
• Knowledge andexperience with project management techniques included but notlimited to creating WBSs WBS dictionaries RACI chart scopebaselines communication plans risk registers quality managementplans and all components of a project managementplan.
• Ability forproviding high quality collaborative documents such as : meetingminutes action items list weekly report executive summary etc
• Experience managing project ofenterprise application implementation in land development buildingand permitting process such as Accela software is aplus
• 57 years experience asa Project Manager with medium to large scale enterpriseapplications
• Experiencewith county government is aplus
• Strong MicrosoftOffice and MSProjectskills
• Experiencewith ITIL v3 framework and continuous improvementprocess

• Developproject charter and projectplan
• Ensure delivery of projectscope on time and within budget while meeting or exceeding qualitystandards and stakeholder expectations;

accountable for plans andteamwork assignments directing work efforts reviewing integratedproject plans escalating and communicating resource needs ensuringcompletion of quality reviews and driving the resolution of issuesas appropriate

• Remove any barriersthat might prevent achievement of project businessgoals
• Measure and track projectperformance using appropriate systems tools andtechniques
• Coordinate internalresources and third parties / vendors for a flawless execution ofprojects
• Perform risk management tominimize project risks
• Developcommunication plan and coordinate communicationactivities
• Track issue toresolution
• Create and maintaincomprehensive projectdocumentation
