Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to menu specifications
• Toss, stretch, and shape pizza dough for optimal quality
• Assemble pizzas with toppings, sauces, and cheeses in an appealing manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and pizza-making area
• Handle and store ingredients properly to ensure food safety
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service
• Keep track of inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience as a pizza maker or relevant culinary experience
• Knowledge of various pizza styles and cooking methods
• Experience handling wood ovens
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong attention to detail and presentation
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
